With the holidays behind us, it’s inevitable that we’ve participated in family meals and social events that revolved around lots of delicious treats. Now is the time to learn or return to good habits and a healthy routine. The MNjcc has a full month of free, fun and fabulous programming ahead to get you started!

Teen Bootcamp

Tuesdays and Thursdays
4:30 pm

A 45 minute drop-in fitness class for teen members, included in the Fitness Centre Membership fee. (Ages 12-17)

Abs Blast

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 6:30 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:30 am

Condition your core muscles for free!
Fifteen minute core workout classes are offered throughout the week for Members. No reservation required for the class. (Ages 12+)

Group Exercise Classes

Aquafit
A cardio conditioning class done in the water.
Aquafit R.O.M.
This aquafit class emphasizes range of motion exercises. This is a great class for participants with conditions/ailments such as Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, etc. with zero impact on the joints in a safe, effective and enjoyable environment.
Athletic Intervals
A combination of strength and cardio endurance intervals. Challenge yourself with some plyometrics. Low impact options are provided.
