This course offers a balance of challenge and fun in a safe, non-violent environment. The main goal of the program is to provide people with the strength and confidence to avoid conflict. While still including the physical training, this course seeks to develop skills that can be translated into everyday life: the ability to stand up for oneself; discipline and focus; having the confidence to present in front of a group; and self-awareness.
Open MMA incorporates traditional art forms with innovative techniques of modern day karate. The principles, technical aspects and psychological elements are based on the ancient art of hand-to-hand combat. Enroll at any time. Instructor: George Consiglio (Ages 4+)

Boxercise is a fun, challenging and safe exercise class based on the training techniques that boxers use to keep fit. The class involves no physical hitting of an opponent and it is open to all fitness levels.
Coming this fall! Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system that uses techniques from Boxing, Wrestling, Aikido, Judo, and Karate, along with realistic fight training. It takes the simplest techniques from those fighting styles to make it practical and easily teachable. All skill levels welcome. Enroll at any time. Instructor: Jean-Paul Jauffret.
