This course offers a balance of challenge and fun in a safe, non-violent environment. The main goal of the program is to provide people with the strength and confidence to avoid conflict. While still including the physical training, this course seeks to develop skills that can be translated into everyday life: the ability to stand up for oneself; discipline and focus; having the confidence to present in front of a group; and self-awareness.
Open MMA incorporates traditional art forms with innovative techniques of modern day karate. The principles, technical aspects and psychological elements are based on the ancient art of hand-to-hand combat. Enroll at any time. Instructor: George Consiglio (Ages 4+)

Boxercise is a fun, challenging and safe exercise class based on the training techniques that boxers use to keep fit. The class involves no physical hitting of an opponent and it is open to all fitness levels.

Krav Maga is a system of body-to-body fighting taught in the Israel army. It has been adopted by almost all the Special Units in the whole world. Krav Maga is adapted to civilians to teach them to defend themselves against any kind of assault. The techniques are simple and very effective and the practice of Krav Maga does not require exceptional physical quality. On the contrary, it is designed for everyone. Many people think that the practice of a combat sport is not for everyone but when they discover Krav Maga, it changes their vision. Krav Maga brings confidence and feeling of security. It is very intense but also useful physical activity.
