(Ages 16 - 29) 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm (Fitness class 1:00 - 2:00 pm, Group discussion 2:30 - 4:30 pm)

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is about living in new & different ways that promote growth, recovery and wellness. In a group setting, people develop a list of wellness tools that can be used to plan how they will keep themselves feeling well in day-to-day life, employment, volunteering or education and training opportunities. Free Program! Tokens & snacks available. Information Session: Sunday, October 1, 2017, 2:30-3:30pm

October is Depression Awareness Month. In an effort to advocate joyful living and help educate the general public about suicide prevention, we are offering a free workshop, safeTALK. SafeTALK is a half day alertness workshop that prepares anyone over the age of 15, regardless of prior experience or training to become a suicide helper and is an excellent tool for people who want to become alert to the dangers of suicide in a convenient timeframe. Includes a concurrent stimulating and creative workshop for your family member experiencing dementia. Confidentiality assured. 10-week program. FREE. Meets Wednesday afternoons.
