1:00 pm - 4:30 pm (Fitness class 1:00 - 2:00 pm, Group discussion 2:30 - 4:30 pm)

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is about living in new & different ways that promote growth, recovery and wellness. In a group setting, people develop a list of wellness tools that can be used to plan how they will keep themselves feeling well in day-to-day life, employment, volunteering or education and training opportunities. Free Program! Tokens & snacks available. Information Session: Sunday, October 1, 2017, 2:30-3:30pm
